Lekha Balachandran

Lekha started her carrier in 1989 after her B.Tech from Calicut University. She is the Managing partner of Resitech Electricals with 30 years of experience in Heavy engineering. She has won several awards in the field of Women Entrepreneurship.

She is an active member of like FICCI, KMA, CII

K.S Balachandran having several years of experience in design and Marketing of High Voltage equipments. He is also one of the Managing partner who leads the company with his extensive experience in the field. He took Engineering degree from University of Calicut. Worked in several multinational companies for many years. K.S.Balachandran continuously invests in enriching his business knowledge not only through the active involvement in the accompany, but also attending programmes in leading institutions and got several awards.
